• Training Duration for Job Assured Plans is 6-7 Months, Post that students will start appearing for the recruitment process.
• During Program student agree to appear for assessment and mock sessions, should score more than 70% to be eligible for companies to participate
•  Students must have 95%  attendance  in the classes be it online or offline.
• On Successful Completion of Program student will get recruitment opportunities as Solution Engineer Trainee role or Graduate
  Engineer Trainee. He/she will be hired for tech roles.
• Careerthon Agrees after completing above mentioned program student will not be provided any sales job until student is interested.
• The Program shall be implemented either in person at the office premises or can also be conducted virtually as per the discretion and availability of resources of Careerthon. Students must ensure to have a working Laptop and internet connectivity to attend the program classes. 
• Students will be attending training at ZOOM platform or thru Careerthon App and timing of training will be communicated through respective whatsapp groups.
• Students will get 100% placement  with our Job Assured programmes.
• Students
  are eligible for a single offer only which student will be applying willingly.
• Students
  acknowledge that he/she shall be eligible and be given an employment offer.
• Before joining the Company, if required Student agrees to request for an NOC from Careerthon, and presents the same to the respective employer from where the Student received a job-cum-internship offer. 
• Companies have their onset of HR policies, and regulations. The Student agrees to sign off all the relevant agreements at the Company.
• Careerthon is entitled to request Students for a video and written testimonials for digital collateral and marketing purposes and students agree and render his/her consent for the same.
• Must Submit all the assignments/ assessments/mock session/ Project work on Given Deadline.
•  Must Participate in all the opportunities given and shown interest.
• No roaming in premise except canteen and common area and once class is over can stay back for 15 min afterward and must leave the premises
•  Any kind of Misbehave with staff or batch mates will be taken as a serious offence and management can take serious action.
• This Programme ensures that every candidate gets placed in a technical role irrespective of package as this is the sole discretion of the organization what package they are willing to offer.
• Once the course is completed we will start giving opportunities however some time we provide opportunities in the middle of the programme.
• Careerthon Do not favours any individual to push them for placement as this is considered as unethical practice with corporates.
• Students will get placement opportunities ranging from package 3lpa to 10 LPA based on market situation and above however many organizations hire candidates for 3-9 months on probation and offered stipend of 15k-25k which is the sole discretion of the company, and some time before internship few organization have process of 2week workshop (Such options are optional for students  no pay workshop to understand the candidate is best fit for organization .

Payment Terms

Student/Guardian agree to pay total fees of Inr 1.5lac +GST directly in the company account by using Given methods.

• Discount offering is based on assessment or sole discretion of the Institute.
• Paying fees in EMI to NBFC is sole responsibility of candidates/co borrower/Guardian

Refund Policy :-

1. Registration amount is non refundable.
2. In case students have made any fees apart from registration is only refundable until 5 days.
3. Job Guaranteed programme fees are only refundable if students have made complete fees of the programme not the discounted one.
4. Students is entitled for 50% refund 50% fees is kept as infrastructure and tuition fees of programme excluding GST
5. To place candidates we consider 6-9 months as placement tenure after programme completion.
6. Fees are only refundable to candidates who have made 95% attendance and completed all projects mock sessions and scored 80% in all assessments.
